At the turn of autumn, Dallas' newest Italian restaurant Dolce Riviera quietly in the HARWOOD District nearby Bleu Ciel and The Grove at Harwood. From the menu of handmade pastas to its stunning design that brings Italy's glamorous era of la dolce vita to life, the restaurant radiates with pure Italian authenticity.
On Tuesday, November 29 at 7:30 PM, Dolce Riviera will host its first wine dinner showcasing Italy's magical northern region of Piedmont with the highly-revered delicacy of Alba white truffles, one of the rarest ingredients in the world famously found in the region.
Italian truffle hunters and Dolce Riviera's advanced sommelier are working together to create a highly exquisite culinary experience for this one-night-only special occasion. The five-course menu features a specific kind of white truffles called Picco Tartufi, regarded as the king of all truffle varieties and celebrated for its rich, earthy aroma with flavor notes reminiscent of shallots. The most authentic Italian wines also from the magical Piedmont region were carefully curated to establish the perfect complements to each course.
Seating is extremely limited and reservations may be made easily below. Cost is $250 per guest, not including tax and gratuity.
