After you’ve worked up an appetite killing it on the sand volleyball court, grab your snow cone from the bar, start with fruta fresca or elote and then have a taste of one of the five flavor-packed tacos.
CAROLINA’S CHICKEN TINGA
Shredded chicken breast with pickled red onions, cotija cheese and chipotle sour cream. With just the right amount of kick, Carolina’s Chicken Tinga is becoming a best-setling favorite.

The Grove Taco Truck is open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM and makes weekly afterparty appearances at Happiest Hour from 11 PM - 2 AM on Friday and Saturday night.
