Blackened Ahi Tuna Salad
Sliced cucumber, chopped Brussels sprouts, and perfectly grilled ahi tuna top a bed of fresh romaine lettuce. Garnished with avocado, scallions, cilantro, and poquillos then served with Black Garlic Vinaigrette.

A lunch favorite taken to the next level. Stacked on sourdough, Happiest Hour's Turkey BLT features a delicious avocado aioli you can't resist.
Topped with Fresno chilis, Happiest Hour's new steak salad has a bit of a kick. Dressed with summery Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette and fresh sliced avocado.
Seared Salmon Salad
Tarragon is the star ingredient of the Seared Salmon Salad. The refreshing aroma and flavor nicely complements the omega-rich seared salmon and the Red Wine Vinaigrette.
