The first Saturday of every month is Family Day at The Ann & Gabriel Barbier-Mueller Museum: The Samurai Collection located in the HARWOOD District.
Visit The Samurai Collection on Saturday, January 7 from 1-3 PM to learn about New Year's traditions in Japan. In a hands-on activity, you'll craft your very own Daruma Doll which is a symbol of good luck in the New Year. Learn about this unique New Year’s tradition and make a wish for 2017! As always, The Samurai Collection is free to the public.
