Harwood District was established in 1984 with the opening of the Rolex building, Uptown Dallas’ first office development. Since then, the District has grown to more than two million square feet of premier class AA office, residential, and restaurants set within a park-like campus with gardens and art-filled lobbies.
With a passion for hospitality, we like to think of our tenants as our special guests. Our concierge services were designed to make your life at Harwood as comfortable and convenient as possible and to make work feel less like, well, work.

Keep your suits pressed and fresh without disrupting your schedule. J’s Tailor and Cleaners offers same day pick up and delivery dry cleaning direct to your office, Monday-Friday. Harwood GEM Cars
Your Personal Car Service.
Scoot all around the neighborhood for lunch or meetings using the Harwood GEM cars. Cars run 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Contact your building’s concierge or a hostess at one of our restaurants to have a GEM car arranged for you.
Shoe Shine Services
Put your best foot forward.
